The curriculum is expertly tailored to provide students with the structure they need to expand their skillsets, while giving them the freedom to pursue their individual interests through chosen areas of concentration in culinary arts, management and entrepreneurship.
The two internships are designed to provide a deeper understanding of culinary operations and help hone cutting-edge, hands-on expertise.
Our students also get the option to study at the flagship École Ducasse Paris campus for their final year, following which they will be awarded an international Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from École Ducasse.

I wanted to find purpose in my passion, which led me to pursue a culinary degree at ISH. As a child, you could always find me in the kitchen where I would spend hours doing what I’m most passionate about; cooking. When I visited the ISH campus, I fell in love with it, there was no going back after that. I give credit to the global curriculum and an exceptional faculty for making my time at ISH a rewarding experience. It has helped me become the best version of myself.
