While Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Patisserie, based in Yssingeaux, has been devoted to pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery, and icecream arts, for over thirty-five years.
Paris Campus
The new flagship campus of École Ducasse occupies a purpose-built, 5,000 sq. m space in the Parisian suburb of Meudon. Due to open in September 2020, the Paris Campus is set to become the global standard for training in culinary and pastry arts.
